For the 10th time AMC theaters will be transformed into the ultimate new years event space. With live music, entertainment, dinner, drinks and most importantly three VIP outdoor terraces with direct views of the extraordinary Times Square Ball Drop.
AMC is the premier movie and entertainment complex located right on 42nd street, just steps from the World Famous Ball Drop. This popular destination for locals and visitors alike will open its doors for an exclusive ticketed event for individuals of all ages – with three unique parties and experiences to choose from!
LIMITED TICKETS AVAILABLE: AMC New Years will only release a limited number of tickets for the evening. Although the capacities will be limited the amenities will be better than ever. The entire evening is catered from top to bottom. This new years eve at AMC will be the best way to view the Times Square Ball Drop.
- Step out onto a terrace on either the "Platinum Terrace (6th Fl)" or "Gold VIP Ball Drop (5th Fl)" levels
- Capture the most exciting moment of the night with spectacular views of the crowds of revelers below and best of all, the world famous Waterford crystal Time Square Ball Drop along with the live countdown to 2025!
- Terraces are reserved strictly for “Platinum Terrace Live Ball Drop VIP" or 'Gold VIP” ticket holders only.
- The "Platinuim" terrace is the 6th floor
- The "Gold" terrace is on the 5th floor
- Location on either terrace is on a first come basis and is standing room only. There is no seating on either one of these terraces.
- From 5 or 6 stories in the air, viewing the Waterford Crystal Ball down 42nd Street will never have looked so dazzling and bright! It feels like you could almost touch it so set your sights on the hottest ticket at AMC Times Square! This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Tickets are sold on an on-demand / dynamic basis, meaning the price increases as ticket availability goes down. NYE ticket prices often go up significantly (100% +) the closer it gets to New Year's Eve. IMPORTANT: Events will sell out in advance of December 31.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PARTY VENUES IN TIMES SQUARE
- You MUST enter the area at a specific entry point in order to access this event
- There will be barricades set up throughout Times Square at the discretion of NYPD that will limit where pedestrians can / cannot walk on New Year's Eve
- The New York Police Department requires that guests present tickets in order to access party venues that are within the barricaded area of Times Square
- Large crowds should be expected and you may be required to wait outside for a period of time (Show up early and help reduce the wait time)
- Regardless of admittance time to your party, make sure to enter the Times Square area at your designated venue entry point no later than 8 PM
- All movement in the area will be at the discretion of NYPD and guests accept all risks and agree to adhere to all NYPD rules and regulations for the evening
- Strict admittance restrictions may be in place during the ball drop (11:30 PM - 12:15 AM)
