About
Dream Downtown is a boutique hotel located in New York City’s Meatpacking District, with an emphasis on service and after-dark possibilities. Managed by the same owners as Marquee, Lavo, and PHD, the hotel will open its doors to celebrate its 12th annual New Year’s Eve celebration, taking place in three venues across three different levels of the hotel: PHD Rooftop Lounge, The Gallery, and Electric Room. Each level will feature a unique experience complete with world-famous DJs playing the best in electronic, hip hop, top 40, and open format music.
The Gallery – This spacious ballroom boasts over 5000 square feet of event space and includes comfortable lounge seating, a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system, and multiple bars. The Gallery has played host to endless high-profile events including Marc Jacobs Fashion Week, The New York Food & Wine Festival, and concerts by Hole and The Kills. DJs that have played our annual NYE party include Chuckie, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Afrojack, and DJ Dzeko!

Tickets are sold on an on-demand / dynamic basis, meaning the price increases as ticket availability goes down. NYE ticket prices often go up significantly (100% +) the closer it gets to New Year's Eve. IMPORTANT: Events will sell out in advance of December 31.
