New Years' Eve Event Description
This New Year's Eve celebrate with a New York City staple at Artichoke Basille’s. Pizzaiolos, cousins and best friends, Francis Garcia and Sal Basille opened the first Artichoke Basille's in 2008 in New York City. Having gotten their hands into the business early working at their family's restaurant, Basille's in Staten Island, the boys and their pizza shop have made more than a name for themselves in Manhattan.
On New Year's Eve, celebrate at the venue that has been critically acclaimed by The New York Times, The New York Post, and numerous other food blogs, websites and publications. Become a part of their never-ending line of devoted Artichoke Basille's fans, including the likes of Keith Richards and Momofuku's David Chang, a fellow New York City restaurateur. On NYE beginning at 9pm, guests will enjoy a well open bar, as they mix and mingle amid an intimate crowd. Be sure to watch out for the NYE ball drop, shown live from Times Square and raise your complimentary champagne at midnight to welcome in the New Year.
In 2010, the cousins teamed up with New York nightlife impresarios Noah Tepperberg & Jason Strauss (the masterminds behind NYC venues such as TAO, LAVO, Avenue and Marquee) to expand Artichoke Basille's Pizza. Together opening a second New York City Artichoke location in September of 2010 on 10th Ave at 17th Street in Chelsea.
This New Year's Eve celebrate with family and friends at one of New York's best places for a slice of the good life.
